Since our company was founded, we have been experts in the development and production of tools and special machines for plastic welding. Beginning in 1997, we expanded our capabilities to include the development and manufacturing of customized solutions for card production. With the acquisition of Karl Ressler Maschinenbau and our collaboration with Thomas Keller, a former employee of Lauda, we have now further strengthened our expertise in punching solutions.
With our continuously growing and dedicated team at our site in Töging, we offer our customers tailor-made solutions of the highest quality.
Our customers come from a wide range of industries – from automotive suppliers to the medical technology and packaging industries, all the way to manufacturers of ID documents.

Founding of Tiepner GmbH and construction of the first production hall in Töging

A look back.
1971
Harald Tiepner founded the company in Munich. This is where the story of what would later become Tiepner GmbH began.
1977
After six years in Munich, the company is moving to Töging – the start of a new era.
1980
The team is growing: The first employee is hired, and production is ramping up.
1985
New construction and relocation to Ottmaringer Straße create space for modern manufacturing and more employees.
2003
The company building is being expanded. An additional warehouse will improve processes and capacity.
2015
The roof will be insulated and equipped with a photovoltaic system – a step towards sustainability.
2018
New parking spaces and modern illuminated advertising make the company premises fit for the future.
2025
New future-oriented company structure.
